We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and drive business growth through effective relationship management and operational excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities

Proactively connect with guests to deliver a seamless and memorable travel experience. Reach out to potential leads and convert them into confirmed bookings. Regularly interact with guests to gather feedback and enhance guest satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporates, and other partners to unlock revenue opportunities. Manage the property's day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all areas. Oversee daily apartment bookings and maintain accurate records. Manage the daily cash statement with complete accountability. Prepare and submit weekly reports on bookings and revenue. Supervise housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are consistently met. Oversee procurement and stock management of daily essentials such as toiletries, dental kits, and kitchen supplies.

Eligibility

1-2 years of prior experience in hospitality or customer service operations. Strong communication and language skills with a guest-centric approach. Proven organizational and reporting abilities with attention to detail. A growth mindset with a keenness to learn, adapt, and improve. Must be hailing from Trivandrum city

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
