Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property including Booking, front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
Ensure high standards of guest service and handle guest complaints efficiently.
Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy, revenue, and customer loyalty.
Monitor property expenses, budgeting, and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.
Coordinate with vendors, travel partners, and online booking platforms.
Maintain the property in excellent condition, ensuring regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management review.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
Minimum
3 years of experience
in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of property management systems, online booking platforms, and revenue management.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
Strong customer focus with a passion for hospitality.
