Job Description

Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure excellent guest experiences, smooth functioning of all departments, and achievement of financial and service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance. Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to meet profit targets. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff; schedule shifts and evaluate performance. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for timely supply. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Work closely with marketing teams to promote the hotel and increase bookings. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.

Requirements

:

Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum

3-5 years

of experience in

hotel or hospitality management

. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of PMS (Property Management Systems) and MS Office. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
