The role involves overseeing
housekeeping, front desk/reception, and back-office coordination

Key Responsibilities:
Front Office & Reception:
Supervise reception operations including visitor management, call handling, and guest coordination.
Ensure professional service standards at the front desk reflecting the company's corporate image.
Coordinate meeting room bookings, refreshments, and visitor logistics.
Housekeeping & Office Maintenance:
Oversee housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the office premises.
Monitor maintenance of office facilities, pantry, restrooms, and common areas.
Manage housekeeping material inventory and liaise with vendors for cleaning supplies and services.
Conduct routine inspections to maintain high service and safety standards.
Administrative & Back Office Support:
Coordinate with building management and vendors for repairs, utilities, and maintenance services.
Support in facility management activities like AMC tracking, safety compliance, and space management.
Maintain records of administrative expenses and prepare periodic reports.
Assist in organizing internal corporate events and office functions.
