The Hotel Management Trainee will undergo structured training across various departments of the hotel to gain hands-on experience and develop leadership skills. The goal is to prepare the trainee for future managerial roles in hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Rotate through key departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, and Guest Services.
Assist in daily operations and learn standard procedures and policies.
Handle guest inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Support department managers in planning and executing tasks.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for service improvement.
Learn and apply hotel management software and systems.
Monitor inventory, supplies, and assist in procurement processes.
Prepare reports and presentations as part of training assessments.
Uphold hotel standards and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles.
Basic understanding of hospitality operations.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software is a plus.
