About the internship
As a hotel management intern, you will work closely with experienced servers to support guests in navigating the restaurant's ordering system through our application. Your role focuses on assisting customers with the use of the app, ensuring a smooth ordering experience, and offering excellent customer service throughout their visit.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting guests with navigating the ordering application on their devices, ensuring they are able to place their orders smoothly
2. Helping answer any questions regarding the app's features or menu items as needed
3. Coordinating with the food and beverage department to provide exceptional dining experiences for guests
4. Supporting the front desk staff in managing reservations and updating guest information
5. Engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering any questions they may have about the app or the restaurant
6. Participating in training sessions to enhance your understanding of hotel operations
7. Communicating effectively with guests and colleagues to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
