About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly smile, providing excellent customer service from check-in to check-out
2. Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
3. Assist with the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in completing guest registrations and payments
4. Manage and coordinate reservations, ensuring room availability and accurately inputting guest information into the reservation system
5. Respond promptly to guests\' needs and requests, addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner
6. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring all necessary supplies are adequately stocked
7. Collaborate with other hotel departments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience throughout their stay
