About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist during training for personnel
2. Help in building an exemplary rule of conduct to ensure customer satisfaction
3. Deal with customers' complaints, when necessary
4. Check for any inadequacies in the facilities and amenities
5. Deal with complaints from customers
6. Come up with ideas for new dishes
7. Work well with a team in a fast-paced working environment
8. Greet and welcome customers
9. Meet the various needs of diverse customers and solve problems that might arise during their stay
10. Receive calls and forward any messages
11. Maintain reservations from phone calls, online, and walk-in customers
