Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lectures for Diploma & Certificate programs in Hotel / Hospitality Management
Teach core subjects such as:
Front Office Operations
Housekeeping Management
Food & Beverage Service
Hospitality Fundamentals
Conduct practical training sessions & skill-based workshops
Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and student performance reports
Mentor students and support their career development
Maintain academic discipline and ensure program quality
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's in Hotel / Hospitality Management
2-5 years of teaching or hotel industry experience (F&B/Front Office preferred)
Strong communication & presentation skills
Passion for training and shaping future hospitality professionals
Ability to handle both theory and practical classes
