Job Description

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and HVAC system maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of hotel facilities Address issues such as leaky faucets, malfunctioning appliances, and broken fixtures. Overseeing surveillance systems to ensure the safety of guests and employees Conduct inspections of hotel rooms, public areas, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards. Repair or replace faulty equipment, furniture, and fixtures in guest rooms, bathrooms, lobbies, and other hotel areas. Requirement:

Minimum 2 years relevant working experience at a 5 /4 star hotel Certificate in Electrical or equivalent Effective communication skills to interact with guests Ability to identify and address maintenance needs accurately Thorough knowledge of emergency management principles Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including being available 24/7 for emergencies
