We are hiring a dedicated and skilled Maintenance staff member for our hospitality operations. The candidate must be able to handle all basic maintenance tasks within the property.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical maintenance (basic troubleshooting) Plumbing work (minor repairs, leakage fixes) Basic civil work (patchwork, tiles, painting, small repairs) LPG gas leak identification & safety handling AC maintenance - basic mech and servicing support Daily property upkeep and checklist follow-up Immediate response to guest and staff maintenance requests Coordination with external service technicians when needed

Requirements:

Experience in hotel/hostel/hospitality maintenance preferred Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and civil work Ability to handle emergency repairs Should be reliable, disciplined, and responsible Ready to work flexible hours if required
