Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Generalist (Male)

to support our hotel's human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR functions, especially within the hospitality sector, and will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Manage and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases Support compliance with labor laws, hotel policies, and safety regulations Coordinate staff training programs, orientations, and development activities Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll Participate in performance review coordination and feedback sessions Help manage employee engagement initiatives and internal communication Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes when needed Maintain HR documents, such as policies, SOPs, and handbooks Coordinate welfare activities and employee recognition programs Work closely with department heads to forecast staffing needs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role, preferably in hospitality Knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and best practices Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software Fluent in [insert relevant languages if required]

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in hotel or resort HR operations Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR, CIPD) is a plus Familiarity with visa/labor card processes (for international hotels) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
