Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk staff and daily operations.
Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest complaints professionally.
Monitor reservations, billing, and check-in/check-out processes.
Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments.
Train, mentor, and evaluate front office staff performance.
Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Knowledge of hotel PMS and reservation systems.
Graduate in Hotel Management or related field
