Job Role: Front Office Executive / Reservation Manager

We are looking for a professional, guest-friendly, and tech-savvy individual to oversee front office operations, guest reservations, and OTA platform management at our boutique Service Villa resort.

Key Responsibilities

Manage check-ins, check-outs, guest assistance & inquiries

Process reservations through PMS & OTAs (e.g., eZee, Cloudbeds, Booking.com)

Ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and guest folios

Promote upselling of room categories and packages

Coordinate with housekeeping, restaurant, and transport teams

Supervise guest transport, concierge support, and tour bookings

Maintain booking records, ensure rate parity, and prepare daily reports

Handle guest data with confidentiality and manage front desk cash flow

Must-Have Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years experience in Hotel Front Office/Reservations

Hands-on with Hotel PMS/OTA platforms (eZee/Cloudbeds/Little Hotelier, Booking.com, etc.)

Strong communication skills in English (Malayalam/Hindi preferred)

Comfortable with MS Office/Google Workspace

Ability to work full-time on-site in Aluva, Kochi

Good to Have

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management (preferred)

Leadership and problem-solving skills

Salary & Benefits

?18,000 - ?22000/month (based on experience)
