Your Role
The Finance Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the financial health, governance, and long-term financial planning of Welnez Hygiene, with
overall control of the organization's financial operations
. This position partners closely with top management to ensure profitability, cash flow optimization, cost efficiency, and scalable growth, while maintaining strong financial controls suited to a luxury wellness and hospitality environment.
Act as a strategic finance partner to the leadership team, supporting business planning and decision-making.
Develop and implement long-term financial strategies.
Financial Control & Reporting
Oversee end-to-end accounting, financial reporting.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Establish and strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
Manage cash flow planning, working capital cycles, and liquidity requirements.
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and credit controls.
Ensure efficient capital allocation and expenditure monitoring.
Hospitality & Wellness Operations Finance
Partner with operations teams on pricing strategies, package structuring, and revenue mix optimization.
Support procurement, inventory management, and vendor negotiations.
Compliance, Audit & Taxation
Ensure statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance (GST, TDS, income tax, audits, etc.).
Coordinate internal and external audits and manage audit closures.
Oversee risk management and compliance frameworks.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team.
Collaborate with clinical, hospitality, F&B, and administrative leadership.
Present financial insights clearly to senior management and board-level stakeholders.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and strategic finance capability.
Deep understanding of hospitality and wellness P&L.
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support skills.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Qualifications & Experience
CA / CMA / ACCA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
5 - 6+ years of finance leadership experience, preferably in
hospitality, luxury hotels, wellness resorts, or multi-unit operations.
Prior exposure to
wellness, healthcare, or mixed hospitality models
is an advantage.
Experience in pre-opening, scaling, or expansion phases will be highly valued.
