Job Description

Responsibilities:

Direct daily engineering tasks, maintenance (interior/exterior), equipment, and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration). Recruit, train, motivate, and manage the engineering team, ensuring multi-skilling and performance standards. Manage the engineering department budget, control costs, oversee inventory, and manage capital expenditure projects. Develop and implement preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance schedules for all hotel areas. Enforce safety protocols, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead emergency response. Oversee energy conservation programs and identify sustainable practices. Ensure facilities contribute to a seamless, comfortable, and safe environment, boosting guest satisfaction.

Requirement:

High school diploma/GED, or a 5-year degree in Engineering/Mechanics; technical training in HVAC/electrical/plumbing is crucial. Must have worked for 5 star or Luxury Hotel Expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and asset protection; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including being available 24/7 for emergencies
