Key Responsibilities:
Oversee operations and performance of multiple hotel properties
Drive P&L, revenue growth, cost control, and profitability
Ensure consistent service quality, SOPs, and brand standards
Lead and mentor Cluster GMs and property leadership teams
Work closely with owners, investors, and key stakeholders
Support sales, revenue management, and commercial strategies
Monitor KPIs, audits, compliance, and guest satisfaction
Key Requirements:
12-18+ years of hospitality leadership experience
Proven multi-property / cluster management background
Strong financial, operational, and strategic skills
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management ability
Degree in Hotel Management / Business (MBA preferred)
