Hotel Contracting Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a confident and driven

Hotel Contracting Manager

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing hotel partnerships to ensure we secure the best rates and terms for our clients. You will also maintain and strengthen existing contracts, ensuring long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with hotel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and establish new hotel partnerships to expand our portfolio.

Negotiate competitive rates, allocations, and contract terms with hotels.

Maintain and manage existing hotel contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Conduct regular Teams/virtual meetings and face-to-face negotiations with partners.

Build and nurture strong relationships with hoteliers and suppliers.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure contracted hotels meet operational and quality standards.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in hotel contracting, purchasing, or a related role in travel/hospitality.

Strong negotiation and communication skills with confidence in closing deals.

Ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.

Comfortable leading Teams meetings and presenting professionally.

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Proactive, target-driven, and commercially minded.

Conditions
