Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach hotels for annual contracting opportunities.
Negotiate long-term rate agreements and favorable terms for the company.
Ensure contracted rates are competitive and aligned with business requirements.
Maintain and update the database of contracted hotels with complete details.
Build and sustain strong relationships with hotel sales and revenue teams.
Monitor hotel performance, rate usage, and renegotiate contracts as needed.
Work closely with operations and sales teams to align contracted rates with client needs.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in hotel contracting, sales, or corporate travel.
Strong industry network and knowledge of hotel operations.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of closing contracts and delivering cost savings.
