Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Continental dishes as per Flurys standards
Assist CDP/Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation consistency
Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
Assist in mise-en-place and kitchen prep work
Maintain kitchen equipment and workstation cleanliness
Follow SOPs and company policies
Skills Required
Knowledge of Continental cuisine
Basic cooking techniques & food preparation
Kitchen hygiene & food safety awareness
Ability to work in a team
Willingness to work in shifts
