Job Summary:



The Hotel Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for delivering a warm, professional, and efficient front desk experience. The role involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and providing accurate information to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet guests courteously and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally Maintain guest records and update booking systems accurately Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room readiness Handle guest complaints politely and escalate when necessary Manage billing, payments, and issue invoices/receipts Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Follow hotel policies, safety, and security procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Graduate or diploma in Hotel Management or relevant field (preferred) Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk executive (hotel industry preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Pleasant personality with a customer-service-oriented approach Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software Ability to multitask and work under pressure Good grooming and professional appearance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
