A Hotel Captain plays a crucial role in the hotel industry, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring Customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise waitstaff, coordinate orders with the kitchen for timely service of vegetarian specialties and monitor table presentation and cleanliness.
Strong knowledge of vegetarian Indian cuisine, Good English and local language communication (e.g., Tamil)
Guest Interaction:
Greeting and seating customer warmly, managing reservations, and addressing their needs.
Team Management:
Supervising and training the service team, ensuring high standards of service and hygiene.
Operational Coordination:
Overseeing food and beverage service operations, maintaining quality standards, and implementing standard operating procedures.
Customer Service:
Handling customer complaints and ensuring a positive dining experience.
