Key Responsibilities:
Handle guest reservations via phone, email, online portals, and walk-ins.
Assist the Reservation Manager in maintaining room inventory and rate management.
Coordinate with front office, sales, and operations teams to ensure accurate bookings.
Maintain and update reservation systems (PMS/Channel Manager/OTA portals).
Handle group bookings, special requests, and VIP reservations efficiently.
Resolve guest queries and complaints related to reservations promptly.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on bookings and occupancy.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
Provide excellent guest service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in
Hotel Management, Tourism, or related field
.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel reservations/front office.
Knowledge of
PMS (Property Management Systems)
and OTAs (Booking.com, MMT, Expedia, etc.).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Fluency in English & Hindi; additional language skills are a plus.
