Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounts, ledgers, and financial records
Handle hotel revenue accounting (rooms, F&B, banquets, POS)
Reconcile daily sales reports and cash/credit card transactions
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports
Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
Bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
Monitor expenses, cost control, and inventory valuation
Coordinate with auditors and management
Handle payroll processing (if required)
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Experience with
Tally ERP / Tally Prime
or hotel accounting software
Understanding of
GST & hospitality taxation
MS Excel proficiency
Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / equivalent
Experience in hotel, resort, or restaurant accounting
