About the Role

We are hiring

experienced Hostesses and Waitresses/Servers

for a reputed luxury concept restaurant in Kuwait. The ideal candidates must have prior experience in

fine dining or upper casual restaurants

and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. You will play a key role in delivering a memorable dining experience in an elegant and upscale environment.

Key Responsibilities

Hostess:

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently. Provide menus and introduce guests to their server. Ensure the reception and dining area maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

Waitress/Server:

Present menus, explain specials, and take food & beverage orders. Serve dishes and beverages with precision and attention to detail. Anticipate guest needs and ensure timely service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Collaborate with colleagues and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Uphold service standards in line with a luxury dining experience.

Requirements

Previous experience as a

Hostess or Waitress/Server

in fine dining or upper casual restaurants. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service mindset and ability to handle VIP guests. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
