1. Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanour and traditional hospitality.
2. Manage the reservation system and waitlist efficiently.
3. Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
4. Coordinate with waitstaff to ensure timely table turnovers.
5. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or requests professionally.
6. Maintain a clean and presentable front desk and waiting area.
7. Inform guests of daily specials, events, or promotions.
8. Occasionally assist in taking orders during peak hours (if required).
9. Ensure VIP or regular guests receive personalized attention.
