Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently.
Communicate with service staff to ensure smooth guest service.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception/hostess area.
Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the restaurant.
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Pleasant personality with excellent grooming.
Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Assamese.
Positive attitude, confidence, and professionalism.
Previous experience in hospitality/restaurant industry preferred (freshers may apply).
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
