We are seeking a warm, friendly, and organized Host/Hostess (Hoster) to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will be responsible for greeting customers, managing the seating chart, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience from the moment guests enter the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a smile and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Maintain the waiting list and provide accurate wait times.
Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
Manage table seating rotation to ensure efficient service.
Handle reservations via phone or walk-ins.
Answer basic customer inquiries about menu, restaurant hours, or policies.
Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen team to manage guest flow.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front area.
Monitor guest satisfaction and provide assistance when needed.
Handle any guest complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass / Any Degree.
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
