Scope and General Purpose of Job:

To ensure guests are provided with professional and courteous services according to Restaurant standard.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Service:



1. Ensure the delivery of our brand promise by providing exceptional guest service from the moment guests arrive.

2. Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, creating a positive first impression of the restaurant.

3. Escort guests to their tables and provide assistance as needed, such as pulling out chairs or helping with coats.

4. Bid farewell to each guest leaving the restaurant with a smile.

5. Promote ACASA products and brand story to all the waiting guests at the lobby (Whenever possible)

Operational:



1. Maintain an organized and efficient seating rotation to optimize table turnover and minimize wait times.

2. Communicate effectively with the serving staff to ensure smooth coordination between the front and back of the house.

3. Manage reservations and waiting lists, accurately recording guest information and preferences.

4. Answer phone calls and inquiries, providing information about the restaurant and assisting with reservations.

5. Conduct daily Birthday and Anniversary calling to Little Italy customer database as provided by IT/Marketing teams to invite and offer the special discount/offer for their celebration at Little Italy Restaurant. Create reports for the same and share on a daily basis.

6. Ensure each reservation is booked in the system and customer data is collected without fail.

Appearance and Presentation:



1. Maintain a professional appearance, well-groomed and demeanor at all times, reflecting the high standards of our brand.

2. Ensure that the hostess station and lobby area are clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.

3. Should have a thorough understanding of the menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and any special dietary considerations.

Team Collaboration:



1. Collaborate with other team members in a supportive and flexible manner, contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.

2. Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and management to address guest needs and concerns.

Other Duties:



1. Adapt to changes in the restaurant's operations as dictated by industry trends, company policies, and guest needs.

2. Attend training sessions and meetings as required to enhance skills and knowledge.

3. Undertake any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by restaurant management.

Requirements:



1. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

2. Strong passion for providing exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
