From managing reservations to ensuring a smooth guest flow, you will be the first impression -- and lasting memory -- of our hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet every guest with warmth, courtesy, and genuine enthusiasm.
Manage and organize reservations, waiting lists, and table assignments to maximize guest satisfaction and seating efficiency.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and promotions to assist guests confidently.
Communicate seamlessly with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism and empathy.
Ensure that the reception area, entrance, and surrounding spaces are always immaculate and inviting.
Answer phone calls, manage bookings, and coordinate walk-ins with a professional demeanor.
Monitor guest experiences, anticipate needs, and ensure every visitor feels valued and cared for.
Uphold the restaurant's brand standards, grooming policies, and service excellence at all times.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related discipline (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in a similar role within fine dining or premium hospitality establishments.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a natural flair for guest interaction.
Presentable, confident, and composed under pressure.
Strong multitasking, organizational, and coordination abilities.
Familiarity with reservation management systems such as OpenTable, Inresto, or equivalent.
Fluent in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
