Job Summary:

We are seeking a warm, courteous, and well-presented

Hostess

to be the face of our restaurant. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in creating a welcoming and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and make them feel welcome. Manage waitlists and reservations efficiently. Escort guests to their tables and present menus. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth table turnover. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally. Maintain knowledge of the menu and promotions. Uphold hygiene and grooming standards as per the restaurant's policy.

Qualifications & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, energetic personality with a professional appearance. Proficiency in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus. Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic computer skills or familiarity with reservation systems is a plus.
