Answer inquiries, explain promotions, know the menu, and address dietary needs or special requests (e.g., VIPs, anniversaries).
Coordination:
Liaise with restaurant management and servers to balance workloads and ensure smooth service flow.
Front-of-House Maintenance:
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
Knowledge & Standards:
Possess full knowledge of food, beverages, promotions, and strict adherence to health, safety, and brand guidelines.
Departure Experience:
Bid farewell to guests, ensuring they enjoyed their experience and inviting them back.
