Present menus, assist guests with queries, and provide basic information about dishes and beverages.
Coordinate with servers and managers to optimize table turnover and service flow.
Handle guest complaints politely and escalate to the supervisor when necessary.
Record guest feedback and assist in maintaining guest satisfaction reports.
Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
