Prime Function: Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Seat guests at the appropriate tables as per the organized seating charts. Organize and prepare reservations Ensure guests are seated in an order that does not overload a particular station holder. Provide guests with menus Ensure that the dining and serving areas are properly setup and clean. Communicate with al guests to ensure complete satisfaction with food and beverage service Provide guests with menus. Respond appropriately to customer complaints and bring any issues to the notice of the manager. Communicate with Kitchen and service staff to ensure effective customer flow. Inform guests of specials and features Assist in performing marketing and other promotional activities. Participate and contribute in end of shift duties. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service : Assess customer needs, evaluating customer satisfaction, collating customer feedback and action plans, maintaining customer history and preferences. Establish and maintain constructive and cooperative inter departmental relationships to ensure smooth operations. Observe and obtain the necessary information about in house guest movement from the respective departments and communicate the same on time in the restaurant to ensure timely delivery of service. Establish and maintain excellent interpersonal relations with long staying guests, understanding and delivering their food and beverage needs. Excellent communication and positive representation of the organization to customers and other external parties. This includes verbal and written communication. Prioritize tasks appropriately, manage, and share staff workloads. Monitoring and reviewing information from materials events, or the environment, to detect or assess situations.
