Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
Introduce guests to our menu, explain daily specials, and answer questions about our craft beers.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
Coordinate with servers and bartenders to ensure smooth service flow.
Address guest inquiries, feedback, or concerns professionally.
Support special events, brewery tours, and tastings as needed.
Represent BeeYoung BrewGarden's brand and uphold our customer service standards.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or as a hostess preferred.
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of craft beers is a plus, willingness to learn is essential.
