We are looking for a responsible and well-disciplined
Hostel Warden / Residential In-charge
to manage the
residential wing of our school
. The candidate should be confident, caring, and able to maintain a safe, structured, and positive hostel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Take complete responsibility of the
school hostel / residential campus
Ensure
student discipline, safety, and daily routine
Supervise hostel staff and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Manage hostel schedules: wake-up, study hours, meals, activities, lights out, etc.
Coordinate with school management regarding student behavior and concerns
Handle student issues, basic counselling, and support when needed
Maintain hostel records and ensure rules are followed properly
Requirements:
Must be able to
speak English fluently
Strong leadership and student-handling skills
Prior experience as a warden/residential in-charge.
Calm, responsible, and punctual with strong discipline standards
