Job Title: Hostel Warden (Female) 24*7 living

Location: Anora kala, Lucknow

Experience: 3-8 years minimum

Industry: Education/Hostel Administration

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and dedicated hostel warden to oversee the daily operations and well-being of our hostel at Techno College. The warden will ensure that the hostel environment is safe, supportive, and conducive to students' growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all aspects of hostel operations, including admissions, accommodation, and maintenance.

Ensure the safety and security of hostel residents.

Implement and enforce hostel rules and regulations.

Foster a supportive, friendly, and disciplined atmosphere for students.

Handle disciplinary matters, resolve conflicts, and address students' grievances.

Maintain accurate records of hostel residents and coordinate with the college administration.

Oversee housekeeping, hygiene, and maintenance of hostel facilities.

Organize and supervise hostel events and activities to promote student well-being.

Act as a mentor and guide, providing emotional and academic support as needed.

Key Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage and motivate students with a fair and approachable attitude.

Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
