Job Description

We're looking for Female, Stay-In Hostel Warden around 40-45 years of age. Should have a prior experience as a Warden for female occupants. Relevant education is preferable. Accommodation and food will be provided.

Job roles and responsibilities:

Overseeing/ Supervising hostel's day-to-day operations. Ensuring the safety and security of all the staff who say in the hostel. Addressing the maintenance, cleanliness and/ or repairs of the hostel facilities. Managing hostel supplies with external vendors. Act as a liaison between the hostel residents, Maintenance, Kitchen staff for running the day to day operations smoothly and effectively. Should have a strong experience in providing empathy, conflict resolution, crisis management, communication skills and time management skills.
