Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hostel Warden for our Boys' Hostel. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in hostel management or a similar role. The Warden will be responsible for the overall supervision, administration, and welfare of the students residing in the hostel.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Welfare and Supervision:

Ensure the safety and security of all students in the hostel. Monitor student behavior and maintain discipline. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts among students. Be available to students for guidance and support.
2.

Administration and Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hostel. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, leave, and other relevant information. Implement hostel rules and regulations and ensure adherence. Conduct regular inspections of hostel premises to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.

Coordination with Other Staff:

Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to support student well-being. Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff to ensure smooth functioning of the hostel.
4.

Health and Safety:

Ensure that health and safety standards are met in the hostel. Arrange for medical care and emergency services when required. Conduct regular fire drills and emergency response training.
5.

Parental Engagement:

Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and any issues that arise. Address parental concerns and provide regular updates.
6.

Activities and Engagement:

Organize recreational and extracurricular activities for students. Encourage a healthy and active lifestyle among students.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Hostel Warden or in a similar role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
