Roles and Responsibilities :
Ensure cleanliness and proper waste disposal around the hostel.
Manage food distribution, maintain food count, and communicate details with admin and contractors.
Manage maintenance (Monitor water, electricity usage, and first aid kit, Electrical, Plumbing, CCTV, Biometric, Wifi, Drainage, Garbage, Coin Phone, Landline) and coordinate with relevant teams.
Spend time with hostel students, tracking interactions over time. Ensure agreements for inmates are updated with admin/project staff.
Handover suggestion box letters to Project Head/Admin Coordinator weekly (Wednesday). Conduct weekly visits to all hostels, maintaining a visit calendar.
Create a conducive hostel environment and implement enhancement programs with the project team.
Handle petty cash and ensure students adhere to hostel rules.
Document enhancement programs and send monthly reports to Project Head and Director (by the 3rd of each month).
Weekly meeting with Director - Administration & Admin Coordinator (Wednesday).
Sign off on compliance/maintenance registers twice a week (Tuesday & Friday) with Admin Coordinator.
