Key Responsibilities:
General Responsibilities (Both):
Supervise students and ensure discipline and safety at all times
Maintain hostel rules, routines, and schedules
Act as a mentor and provide emotional support to students
Coordinate with school management, teachers, and parents
Handle emergencies, health issues, and student concerns
Male Warden Responsibilities:
Overall hostel administration and security
Night supervision and attendance checks
Maintenance coordination and staff supervision
Record keeping and reporting to school authorities
Female Warden Responsibilities:
Student welfare and daily care
Supervision of cleanliness, meals, and hygiene
Managing hostel routines and student behavior
Supporting younger students and addressing personal issues
Eligibility & Requirements:
Married couple preferred
Experience in hostel management or similar residential roles (preferred)
Ability to stay on campus full-time
Good communication skills
Physically and mentally fit
Strong sense of responsibility and discipline
