Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hostel operations, ensuring safety, discipline, and cleanliness.
Maintain records of resident students and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
Address student concerns with empathy and firmness.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
Enforce hostel rules and ensure a peaceful living environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Warden in a hotel or hostel setting.
Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to manage young adults with patience and authority.
