About the Role

Holy Cross College of Management and Technology is seeking a dedicated Hostel Warden who is also a sports/fitness enthusiast. The selected candidate will ensure discipline and safety in the hostel while also guiding students in maintaining health and fitness through daily sports or physical activities. Preference will be given to ex-servicemen, retired police officers, or candidates with a strong sports/fitness background.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise hostel operations and maintain discipline among students.

Ensure safety, security, and well-being of hostel residents.

Monitor hostel hygiene, cleanliness, and maintenance.

Conduct daily/weekly sports, fitness, or physical training sessions for hostel students.

Motivate students to adopt healthy lifestyles, including regular exercise.

Act as a mentor and first point of contact for emergencies and student concerns.

Maintain hostel records including attendance, health logs, and activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Male candidate, preferably ex-serviceman / retired police personnel / sports professional.

Strong leadership, discipline, and interpersonal skills.

Interest in sports, physical fitness, or coaching is essential.

Willingness to stay on campus (residential role).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹10,000 - ?13,000 per month
