for the position of Hostel Warden to manage hostel operations and maintain a safe, disciplined, and student-friendly residential environment.

Key Responsibilities

Overall supervision and administration of the hostel. Ensure discipline, safety, and well-being of hostel residents. Maintain attendance, entry/exit, and visitor registers. Enforce hostel rules and regulations strictly. Coordinate with management, faculty, and security staff. Handle student grievances and disciplinary issues. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of hostel facilities. Supervise housekeeping, mess, and support staff. Ensure adherence to safety, fire, and emergency procedures. Submit regular reports to the concerned authorities.

Eligibility Criteria

Male candidate

only. Minimum

2 years of experience

as a Hostel Warden or in a similar role.

Graduation in any discipline

from a recognized university. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle students firmly yet empathetically. Willingness to stay on campus, if required. Basic computer knowledge preferred.

Working Conditions

Residential/shift-based duties as per institutional requirements. Availability during emergencies, weekends, and holidays.
