Key Responsibilities:
Supervise students in hostels and ensure their safety, discipline, and well-being
Maintain daily routines, attendance, and hostel discipline
Coordinate with school management, teachers, and parents when required
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and orderly conduct within the hostel premises
Handle student concerns with care and maturity
Enforce hostel rules and institutional values
Eligibility & Requirements:
Prior experience as a
Hostel Warden / House Parent
preferred
Ability to communicate in
English
(Malayalam/Hindi is an advantage)
Strong sense of responsibility, patience, and integrity
Willingness to stay on campus
Candidates from defence, residential schools, or disciplined backgrounds preferred
