We are looking for a responsible and caring Hostel Warden to manage the daily operations of the hostel and ensure a safe, disciplined, and comfortable environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise hostel residents and maintain discipline
Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of hostel facilities
Monitor entry and exit of residents and visitors
Address resident concerns and coordinate with management
Ensure safety, security, and adherence to hostel rules
Requirements:
Basic experience or willingness to learn
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible, patient, and approachable
Ability to handle day-to-day hostel operations
