1. Hostel Administration (Warden Duties)
As a Warden, your primary focus is the welfare, safety, and discipline of the students living in the hostel.
Supervision: Overseeing the daily routine of students, including wake-up calls, study hours, meal times, and lights-out.
Discipline: Enforcing hostel rules and regulations; managing behavioral issues or conflicts between students.
Safety & Security: Ensuring the hostel premises are secure and monitoring the entry/exit of students and visitors.
Health & Hygiene: Monitoring the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, and ensuring students receive medical attention if they fall ill.
Pastoral Care: Acting as a guardian and mentor to students, helping them deal with homesickness or academic pressure.
2. Physical Education (PTI Duties)
As a PTI, you are responsible for the physical development and sports activities of the students.
Physical Training: Conducting morning drills, PT, yoga, and stretching exercises to keep students active.
Sports Coaching: Training students in various sports such as football, cricket, basketball, athletics, or volleyball.
Event Organizing: Planning and executing annual sports days, inter-house competitions, and external tournaments.
Equipment Management: Maintaining an inventory of sports gear and ensuring all equipment is safe and in good condition.
3. Combined Responsibilities
Mess Management: Supervising the dining hall to ensure food quality and that students follow proper decorum during meals.
Reporting: Maintaining daily attendance registers and providing regular progress reports to the School Principal or Management.
First Aid: Providing basic first aid during sports injuries or hostel emergencies.
Key Requirements & Skills
Education: Usually requires a B.P.Ed. (Bachelor of Physical Education) or D.P.Ed. (Diploma in Physical Education).
Leadership: The ability to command respect and lead a large group of energetic students.
Stamina: High level of physical fitness, as the job involves early mornings and physical activity throughout the day.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, and school administration.
Patience & Empathy: Understanding student psychology and handling their problems with a calm approach.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
