Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Hostel Warden to oversee the operations of our hostel. The Warden will ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily functioning and administration of the hospital staff hostel Ensure discipline, safety, and orderly conduct within the hostel premises Maintain entry/exit registers, attendance records, and visitor logs Enforce hostel rules, timings, and institutional policies Address resident grievances and resolve issues promptly Coordinate with HR and hospital administration for hostel-related matters Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of hostel facilities Supervise housekeeping, security, and other support staff Ensure compliance with safety norms, fire safety, and emergency procedures Report incidents, misconduct, or maintenance issues to management Support a professional and respectful living environment for residents

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle conflicts and make decisions calmly. Previous experience in hostel management or a related field is preferred. Caring and approachable demeanor.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
