The Hostel Warden ensures the smooth functioning of the hostel, maintains discipline, oversees student welfare and safety, and creates a clean, secure, and supportive residential environment. The warden acts as the primary point of contact for all hostel-related matters.
Ensure the well-being, safety, and mental/emotional support of all hostel residents.
Maintain a friendly, approachable, and supportive environment for students.
Enforce hostel rules, regulations, and code of conduct consistently.
Maintain discipline in the hostel, ensuring a peaceful study environment.
Handle disciplinary issues, record incidents, and report to the management.
Supervise daily hostel activities to ensure smooth functioning.
Oversee cleanliness of rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and common areas.
Monitor housekeeping staff, security personnel, and support workers.
3-5 years of experience in hostel management, residential care, or similar supervisory roles.
Experience working with adolescents or young adults is an advantage.
