:We are seeking a responsible and compassionate Hostel Warden to manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of our hostel facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of the hostel, maintain discipline, and provide a safe and nurturing environment for all residents. This role demands strong leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to resident welfare.RequirementsHostel AdministrationOversee the overall management and discipline within the hostel premises.Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth functioning of all hostel facilities.Maintain up-to-date records of occupancy, inventory, attendance, and complaints.Student/Resident WelfareAct as a mentor to hostel residents.Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of residents, coordinating with medical personnel when necessary.Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations.Discipline & SecurityEnforce hostel rules and regulations consistently.Monitor the movement of residents and maintain entry/exit logs.Coordinate with security staff to ensure 24/7 safety of the premises.Conflict ResolutionHandle conflicts or disputes among residents with empathy and professionalism.Promote a peaceful and cooperative living environment.CoordinationLiaise with departments such as administration, housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.Report incidents, maintenance needs, and any unusual activities to higher authorities.Night Supervision (for residential roles)Stay on the premises overnight to supervise and be available for emergencies.Conduct routine checks and surprise inspections during night hours.BenefitsOpportunity to work in a leading consulting firm2nd & 4th Saturday off, Sunday offPF & ESIC benefitsOffice Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
